Held at the University Boardroom, the program formally started with the introduction of NEMSU officials by Executive Assistant III Dr. Mick Mars P. Silvano, setting the tone for meaningful discussions.

NEMSU President Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon delivered a comprehensive message, highlighting the universityโ€™s strategic efforts to support the development of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) programs. He proudly shared the accomplishments of NEMSU San Miguel Campus in this regard, emphasizing its growing reputation as a hub for skills development and livelihood training. Dr. Loayon also reiterated the universityโ€™s commitment to aligning its programs with TESDAโ€™s mission to equip learners with industry-relevant competencies and skills.

Vice President for Admin and Finance Dr. Abundio C. Miralles formally introduced Deputy Director General Colombo, who delivered a message centered on collaboration, innovation, and progress. Colombo emphasized TESDAโ€™s commitment to bridging the skills gap and enhancing employability among Filipino learners. He acknowledged NEMSUโ€™s role as a vital partner in driving education reforms in the region.

An open forum and interaction session followed, providing a platform for stakeholders to share insights, raise concerns, and explore potential projects with TESDA. The fruitful discussion showcased NEMSUโ€™s proactive stance in advocating for educational and technical advancements.

Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Lady Sol A. Suazo delivered the closing remarks, highlighting the importance of continuous dialogue and partnership in achieving educational excellence.

The program concluded with a video presentation of the NEMSU Hymn and a photo opportunity with the guests and university officials. The visit of Deputy Director General Colambo to NEMSU marks a significant milestone in the universityโ€™s ongoing efforts to strengthen partnerships with national agencies, reaffirming its commitment to producing globally competitive and socially responsible graduates.
