NEMSU Main workforce concluded its celebration of National Women's Month with a culmination program, highlighting the different talks on achievements, wellness, and stories of women in history. Held at the Prospero Pichay Sr. Gymnasium on March 20, 2024, the event brought together key officials, faculty, staff, and resource persons to honor the progress made in advancing gender equality and women's empowerment.

The event celebrated the theme, “Lipunang Patas sa Bagong Pilipinas, Kakayahan ng Kababaehan, Patutunayan” with talks on financial literacy, mindfulness, emotional regulation techniques, and women's empowerment. Ms. Marecris E. Monteklaro, AFT, resource person on financial literacy, provided practical insights into budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management, empowering participants to make informed decisions and secure their financial futures.

In the afternoon, Dr. Gina R. Lamzon, a Clinical EFT Certified Practitioner, emphasized on mindfulness and gender equality. With expertise in emotional wellness, Dr. Lamzon shared insights into emotional regulatory techniques and self-awareness.

Meanwhile, Ms. Jana Jean G. Dacobor, IO Development Trainer, addressed subjects of women empowerment and history. With her expertise in organizational development and a deep appreciation for women's roles in shaping society, Ms. Dacobor reminded the audience of women’s resiliency throughout the ages.

In essence, NEMSU's culmination program served as a resounding tribute to the resilience, strength, and accomplishments of women globally, reaffirming the institution's unwavering resolve to champion their rights and aspirations.
