In a thrilling showcase of intellect, NEMSU Team B, composed of Jesriel Carbonilla, Pierce Andy Andoy, and Elino Joson, grabbed the championship trophy in the Mega Regional Cup Quiz Show, hosted by the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers - Father Saturnino Urios University Student Chapter (PICE-FSUU), in partnership with Megareview Center on March 9, 2024.

Participated by all Civil Engineering institutions across the Caraga region, the competition inside the FSUU CBE Hall serves as a one-way ticket to the national level, which will be held in Cebu.

Meanwhile, NEMSU Team A, composed of Ime Cadavos, Niño Nickel Suazo, and Glory De La Serna, placed 7th out of 11 participating teams.
