In preparation for Pagpadayag 2025: The 2nd State of the University Address of Pres. Nemesio G. Loayon, NEMSU OP conducted its 2nd Convergence held last February 17, 2025, to present and validate the university’s key accomplishments in 2024 which also serves as basis for strategic direction for the years to come. The gathering focused on the milestone achievements in Academics, Research, Extension, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Budget Report, and Digitalization.

The 2nd Convergence marks an essential step in crafting a comprehensive State of the University Address, reflecting NEMSU’s commitment to continuous growth, excellence, and service to its academic community.
