This momentous event marked a significant step forward in NEMSU’s commitment to fostering youth development and academic excellence by collaborating with one of the country’s leading organizations in youth empowerment and entrepreneurship education. Present during the virtual signing was NEMSU President, Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon, who led the university delegation and expressed strong support for the partnership. Dr. Loayon emphasized the importance of aligning with institutions like Junior Achievement to provide NEMSU students with enhanced opportunities for leadership development, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial experience.

Also in attendance were the university’s key officials and representatives, including the Vice Presidents, Campus Directors from Tandag, Tagbina, Lianga, and Cantilan, CBM Dean, Director for Curriculum Development, Legal Officer, Heads for Curriculum Development (Cantilan, Lianga, Tandag, and Tagbina), CBM Department Chairs, and CBM Program Coordinators. The MOU outlines clear goals for collaboration on programs that promote real-world skills and learning experiences, reinforcing NEMSU’s mission to prepare students for future careers and community engagement.

This meaningful partnership underscores NEMSU’s continued drive to build impactful collaborations that enrich the academic journey of its students, while supporting the university’s vision of transformative and inclusive education.
