North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) officially commenced its Validation Session and Writeshop for the University’s application to the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings, today, August 7, 2025, at the University Boardroom, Administration Building, NEMSU Tandag Campus.

The two-day activity, running until August 8, is spearheaded by the Office of the Vice President for Research and Extension under the leadership of Dr. Rolly G. Salvaleon, VPRE. It aims to ensure that NEMSU’s data submissions align with global standards in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). University President Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon delivered an inspiring message during the opening program, affirming the administration's full support for the University's commitment to sustainability, global engagement, and evidence-based impact reporting.

Serving as the resource person, Dr. Arnold C. Alguno shared his valuable insights and technical guidance in navigating the requirements of the THE Impact Rankings. His expertise contributes significantly to enhancing the quality and credibility of NEMSU’s institutional data and SDG-driven initiatives.
