Civil Service Commission Director Aurora B. Mantilla and Chief Human Resource Specialist Ms. Marilyn T. Yballa fronted the orientation for the Honor Awards Program (HAP) at the New Boardroom, NEMSU-Tandag Campus.
In collaboration with NEMSU's Human Resource Management Office, CSC catapulted its HAP, a rewards and incentives program that recognizes government officials and employees who have displayed outstanding contributions or work performance. The convergence aimed to guide participants through the intricacies of the awarding process, shedding light on the criteria, nomination procedures, and the transformative impact that recognition can have on individuals and their respective organizations.
As NEMSU embarks on this initiative, it ignites its human resources for a collective commitment to upholding the highest standards of public service, fostering a culture of recognition, and nurturing leaders who will shape a brighter future for the academic community.
