In anticipation of the upcoming Special Board of Regents (BOR) Meeting, North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) held a Finance Committee (FINCOM) Meeting on April 17, 2024, at the New Boardroom, NEMSU-Tandag Campus. The session was presided over by the esteemed Chairperson, Engr. Noel M. Ajoc, who serves as the Regional Director of the Department of Science and Technology in Caraga. Alongside Director Ajoc, the meeting convened with the participation of notable members and key officials of the university.

The primary agenda of the FINCOM Meeting was to meticulously deliberate upon administrative matters that had been endorsed by the joint councils during the ACO-ADCO session, which took place in Cantilan on April 12, 2024. These matters were carefully scrutinized, ensuring thorough consideration before eventual submission for approval to the Board of Regents.
