On the second day of the seminar, Dr. Padua evaluates the outputs of the participants.

SDSSU researcher Dr. Edmundo C. Lopez emphasized during his presentation that the teacher’s competence in instruction is directly proportional to their affective competence.

He defined that instruction is the ability of the teacher to teach the students, while affective is the ability to build relationship with the students and parents. 

Dr. Padua stressed that the diversity of instructional competence of the teachers is needed for effective and quality education.
