The law, under Presidential Decree No. 907 grants those who graduated summa cum laude, magna cum laude or cum laude a Civil Service Eligibility.

We're glad to assist today, students with Latin honors in filing their eligibility at the Civil Service Commission's Caraga Regional Office.

The law, under Presidential Decree No. 907 grants those who graduated summa cum laude, magna cum laude or cum laude a Civil Service Eligibility.

It's important for students to have the support they need in navigating the guidelines and requirements for such eligibility at the second level. Curriculum Director, Dr Erwin B. Berry and Asst. Campus Director, Dr. James Grefalde accompanied the candidates for graduation with Latin Honors, with a free ride. We thank Cantilan Campus Director, Dr. Juancho A. Intano for letting us use their coaster van. We hope that the assistance provided by NEMSU was helpful and made the process smoother for the students. Kudos to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Maria Lady Sol A. Suazo for the full support of this endeavor.
